This original oil landscape painting is likely from the Rocky Mountain region. The painting features striking summer lilies with glacier covered mountains in the background. An example of Donald's strength utilizing excellent perspective.

Donald liked to use the correct, scientific plant species names for many of his paintings. The Latin name for "White Lily" is Erythronium.
