to Order - Original Paintings
If
you would like to purchase one of the images of Dr. Donald
Flather (originals), please contact
David Flather at 604-818-9274 and he will be happy
to help you locate and obtain one of these fine original oil
paintings.

We
are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard and American
Express credit cards, as well as Interac, PayPal,
Personal
Cheque, Money Order or Wire Transfer.

of an ORIGINAL PAINTING OR REPRODUCTION PRINTand place a hold
on the painting you want. You can
also print the order form (click here)
and mail/ fax it in to us.
We will immediately send you a confirmation
order invoice (and copy for you to keep until delivery). Then,
you can:
- If
paying by Credit Card, print the invoice, fill in your credit
card details and fax it back to us at: 778-340-0061.
- Or,
if paying by Certified
Cheque, Personal Cheque or Money Order
send in one copy of the order invoice to the address on
the invoice with your cheque (note: all orders placed
with Personal Cheques will be held for 10 business days
until the cheque is processed).

Our
Sales Policy - Limited Edition Prints:
We
fully stand behind all products sold on this site. All
original artworks are warranted against material misrepresentation.
Should an artwork arrive and be materially different
than that listed on the site, we will gladly issue a
credit or refund upon return of the artwork in its original
condition. Please be sure to ask before ordering whether
the image is representitive of the artwork, as some
of the images on the site do not reflect the true colours
of the original 100% due to scanning and / or photography
variances.
All original artworks are shipped insured unless otherwise
indicated by the Buyer. Be sure to inspect all shipments
before signing a release for them. Although extremely
rare, items damaged in transit will be compensated for
by the Carrier's insurance policy (ie the Shipper).
All
limited edition prints carry a conditional warranty.
As these are costly to produce, we require a 50% non-refundable
deposit on all these orders. If they arrive damaged,
the Buyer will be fully compensated by the Insurer and
issuance of an identicle replacement is possible. Again,
please inspect all shipments before signing for them.
Also, please be sure to ask if the web site image is
representitive of the actual prints.
Returns:
If
there is a material misrepresentation or error, please
contact us by email at siteinfo@shaw.ca
within 5 days of receipt of the order. We will then
instruct you on return shipping instructions. If the
error is from us, we will either correct the order at
no charge to the Customer or if we cannot fulfill the
order for any reason, we will promptly issue a full
refund including shipping charges if applicable upon
receipt of the original order in its original condition.
All
other returns after the 5 day notification period will
be issued a credit towards another purchase upon return
of the merchandise in its original condition.
Material
misrepresenation definitions that would lead to a full
refund:
-
Size as determined by surface area wrong by 15% or more.
- Wrong image altogether.
All
other errors or ommissions will be addressed and dealt
with in a manner to be least inconvenient to the Buyer.
